Werewolves, Vampires, Elves oh my!

I'm in a interesting situtation
My best friend thinks her boyfriend is a vampire. Apparently her proof is: 1.he broke into her house with no one seeing him and bit her on the neck when she was sleeping. 2.He apparently can read her mind 3. he smells her -apparently he knew when she had "time of the month" cause he could smell her blood- 4. just by smelling me he knew I was a witch -nevermind I often talk about what I do-
He then admitted to her he is one. And that vampires and werewolves aren't enemies but vampires are enemies to witches. That they are divided into two groups of vampires. One are good vamps and the second is scars -bad vamps- and that he bit her or "marked her" on the blue moon because scars were gonna get her. He's killed a bunch of people by draining them dry. There are things called evacs but idk what they are, she forgot what he said they were. But suprise suprise when she did research on it -aka went on bing, google, yahoo search, nothing came up on scars or evacs- He then told her that he doesnt know who or what they are but there are "others" at our school.
Then my other best friend, she thinks her crush is a werewolves. Her proof: 1.when walking between buildings of our school, the path is very slippery and slushie-like in the winter, and she didn't hear him come up when he walked on the path (but I don't make noise either, so does that make me a werewolve?!) because apparently when you walk on slush she is supposed to hear you 2. she says she can sense his aura and it very dark and primitive. 3. he moved here on news year eve, aka the blue moon day and thus he's a werewolf. She found nothing useful on the web. but she thinks there are "others" at our school. And just to let you know, she is a wannabe (she claims to be wiccan but isn't. She just goes around telling people she has magical powers and is a wiccan witch -yes she says that- and they better not mess with her. But whenever i ask if she would like to join one of the circles that I go to, she says no that she isn't into that)
And both friends think there are either elves or faeries at the school, and that would make up for the "others" and they are dragging me to the library tomorrow to do research on it.. and they all went to me because they thought I would know all about this. personally I don't believe any of it, not because I am close-minded but that their reasoning doesn't really add up. AND both are worried bestfriend A is going to be attacked her vampire boyfriend is gonna need to save her. WHICH SOUNDS alot like Twilight.

Hahaha, that whole post just made my day.
Personally, I highly doubt the existence of the traditional vampire. Psychic vampires yes, but not the twilight types. Also, I'm not the authority on mythical creatures but the last time I checked Elves and Faeries are generally believed to be nature-loving
spiritual
beings who seldom grace this Earthly Plane which we inhabit and when they do they tend to hang around in forests, meadows, moors and occasionally, in the case of fairies, gardens as well as other similar places. Sometimes they may visit your household if you set up fairy gardens and show them that you're really desperate to meet them. However, the one place I would not expect to see them would be in a school. You'd have better luck with Brownies than with the Fey.
I think you're friends and their boyfriends have just watched twilight a few too many times, no offense, and got sucked into all the drama. It'll pass.

I felt the same way. Like they just came up to me during class after spazzing for 5minutes in their little whispering conversation and asked if they could come over. I said sure, and why. They replied they'll tell my later. Then they showed up around 5 and one burst out with "My boyfriend is a vampire" and it all went down hill there.
I personally believe my cousin is psychic vampire for the fact whatever emotion someone has, she will also have once she is near them, for instance. She was really happy, I was not, she came over and then all of the sudden she was not happy and was just as upset as I was. Then of course she gets hyper around people, and the people around her get tired.
I have studied and researched the fey and yes, you are correct.
I love how they claim Twilight is a mockery to all vampires and they hate it but they are seriously acting very twilight-lover like.
If I wasn't so concerned for their sanity I'd probably laugh at all this.

Doesn't matter what mood you are in sweet cakes..if you wish to be understood then use proper language so we can understand you.
By the way this is not a role-playing/fantasy forum..I hope you understand this.

I'm male! and yes I wouldn't mind trying some of you but humans are to much trouble. Too hard to pick out of my teeth, I prefer nice healthy Buck meat.
and sorry back onto topic... yeah the necking is a bit ... odd. Even for Vampires, It's just so strange that he is being over protective of her.
Sorry I'm simmering down, my temper is not one of my favorite aspects of myself

I've met a few psychic vamps and a few wolf-souled, one fox souled.
To get these girls away from extremes try having them research therianthropy. Its close.
I don't believe in the physical shifting of the 'souled' but you can definitely take on astral reflections of those animals. Those that claim true were-ism could simply be binding themselves to darker wolf spirits. This is all astral or spirit realm related for me. People tie themselves to many things, money, cars, abusive relationships, and spirits are just another.

I have to say that I do love good vampire and werewolf literature, but perhaps Stephenie Meyer has ruined it for teenagers. Back when I was still living with my very Christian parents, they prevented me from reading Harry Potter and the like for fear that I would try to becomea witch (lotta good that did em hehe), but in all seriousness the theory seems relevant. Today's youth seem to now be so infatuated with vampires and werewolves and the like that they seem to be taking it all way too seriously. The good news is, you are concnerned for their sanity, so I'm not worried about you. For them, I can only hope it's a phase that they grow out of or at least grow to realize that they're making ridiculous claims.
As for the best friend with the vampire boyfriend, perhaps point out to her that respectively to your points, 1) that's breaking and entering, not to mention previous statements about infatuation with vampires... unless she's been feeling differently, in which case she should get checked for rabies (kidding
). 2) if they've been together for any period of time, he probably knows her well enough to pull off an "i can read your mind" 3) among other reasons... perhaps she's just a royal pain in the butt during her time of the month and it just made it an easy target. not to mention, eww
4) are witches stinky? i don't think you could smell magic... perhaps sense it, or smell incense on you i guess, but many people, non witchy people, use incense... either way, that's not really a surefire way to "smell a witch"... And if said boyfriend has really killed a bunch of people, perhaps she just needs to get away from him? that's a little creepy.
And the werewolf... same basic logic... lots of people can be quiet in slush, it just takes practice. Maybe he's just a dark, primative being... a dark aura doesn't constitute a werewolf lol... and just to go a little farther on the disproving the traditional werewolf view... if he moved there on the bluemoon, wouldn't he have been in wolf form and therefore causing all kinds of scares etc... wolf spirited definitely a possiblity, werewolf... i don't think so.
Good luck with them. Peraps logic will work, but idk, some people just don't want to believe what makes sense, instead chosing to believe the craziness that seems to have taken hold of the youth of today *grumbles*(they're in the fiction secon for a reason!!! - And they do not say based on a true story!!!!)
*end rant*

Lol. Yeah... I used to think I was a vampire but that was when I was five. I have pretty sensitive eyes like if it wasn't cloudy I'd have to wear sunglasses. And of course no matter how long I am in the sun I don't tan. (but I don't burn either lol) That was my five year old logic. After awhile I switched to fairies and etc. Until I convinced all my classmates I was from altanis... then my teacher called my mom and told her about my crazy stories. I was a very convincing person, but my mom had a long talk about the difference between reality and make-believe. XD
1.It is breaking and entering.lol Everyone I know aside from the two friends, told me they think she was just having a crazy dream.
2.They've been dating around 5months so yeah, he would be able to pull off a "i can read your mind."
3. lol. Like my sister, I know when it's coming close when she yells at me for no reason. (kind of like I was into the house and she screams where have I been the whole day, and I reply school. lol)
4. yeah... -_- she just told me that apparently he doesn't think I am a witch cause "witches are evil and he kills witches." but I have different smell...like a witch but not. Lol.
5. that would freak me out too... finding out my boyfriend is supernatural serial killer. Thank goodness mine is just a cowboy.lol.
i believe in wolf spirited but a werewolf, I also don't think so. And he hasn't even said he was one, she assumed he is. And *Sigh* now she wants me use my magic -and here I thought she was a witch lol- to break him and his girlfriend up so she can have him. i told her no.
but logic doesn't work too well, I showed them books I had and that were at the library explaining how you can't really transform into a wolf or you're not immortal if you're a vampire and it's more likely to be psy. vampire and the feedback was "This is ridiculous. Just ya' know...bull s*** they're lyin'."
