Of course, as practitioners of Witchcraft, we are taught to work with all the elements, but there is usually an element that comes naturally to each practitioner, that they feel they attune to more than the others. So my question is, which element is that for each of you, and why?

Water, for sure. Even when I was a kid, I had some draw to water. I can remember looking out my window when it would rain and watching the water flow from the gutters it was relaxing to me. When I am stressed I take a shower and the water seems to take me away from the stress so I can focus. I loved the sound of the water hitting my parents boat at night when I would sleep there. I love the way the moonlight dances on the water at night its very hypnotizing.

I used to be attracted to water, and although the sound of rain relaxes me, I don't like to get water on me at all.  I am more attuned to fire, as even something as simple as a candle in a dark room allows me to see once my eyes adjust.  I also like watching things burn.  I'm not that good at starting fires, but once I get a fire going, I can keep it going as long as I need to.

Air for sure.  I didn't get into studying the Tarot for awhile, but I was cracking up the other day- I was in the Air Force for 4 years, and also too, for a very long time I was always able to intuit, and cut through facades and also have an empathetic relation towards others and certain things they were feeling.  Air through and through.

Id have to say that I am definitely connected with earth although water is a very close second. Sometimes they flip and I feel the pull of water more but that isnt often.
