reoccuring dream! What is the meaning in it?

I keep having a reoccurring dream for awhile now. I'm looking in the most beautiful water,crystal clear mineral water and seeing these giant clam shaped shells.They are in a man dug ditch near the house i grew up in, and they are cemented ti the ground at the bottom of the ditch. But the water i cant get over how beautiful the water is!

Anyone know what my dream could mean???

Choices? Could the clams be choices you may need to choose from for things to become clear? Clear; like the water? Anything going on?

I don't think so.I mean there are alot of things going on right now but nothing i can do about them? I don't think there was anything when i first had the dream either.

Any other ideas??

Just a feeling, but are they memories you left behind?

How lucid are you in this dream and did you ever try reaching into the water?

More info would help alot!

I've actually thought about your dream a lot. I really think the clams symbolizes something like choices, memories, or maybe even people?  It may depend on how many there are/were.. Can you recall?

The water symbolizes peace, and the clams represent something that disturbs that peace. Clearly, something is worrying you.

Sorry everyone for not replying sooner.I've been going through some hard times and getting worse but back to the topic.
In this dream I'm aware that its a dream because the location is one of my reality checks,when i see it i know its a dream. Usually the dreams at this location are the most vivid and can be the most intense good and bad,they feel real.
When i practice astral projection is usually when i have water dreams,but this is the only one i had more than once(2x).
In this dream i felt in awe and peaceful and amazed. if i remember correctly i put a hand in the water and was playing with the water spider that was gliding on the surface.The water as cool and perfect. There was also a male figure there but he was shadow,i don't know if i knew him.
Can you help me decipher this amazing dream?

When i see a person in my dreams but can't see the face or it's a shadow, i always think that it's my self. This isn't true for everyone, and really it's a personal experience.
