I keep feeling like someone's hand is on my lower left back it's a cool sensation, and it has been happening for months now. I don't know what it is or why it's happening it's taken me a lot of self convincing to finally concede that it is paranormal. I thought long and hard to when it started happening it started a little bit after the death of a very close friend. He died holding me, and I remember that his hand rested there could it be a connection?? Who knows? Am I just crazy? I really don't know. Maybe someone else has had a similar experience, and has some advice. I certainly hope someone knows how to help me lol or else I might actually go crazy it's driving me bonkers, it takes a good 10 minutes or more for the sensation to subside. Every time I brush my hand to my back thinking someone is touching me all I feel is a cold spot on my skin.

I don't want him around  Cry It hurts just trying to get passed it all. I fell in love with him when it was too late and he died, I can't keep being reminded of that. And it's not good for him to linger.
