Ok so I've always had trouble sleeping, but it's gotten really bad lately last night I didn't so much fall asleep as pass out. And I woke up not remebering even going to bed. Anybody no ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING at all that can help me? Also I got my blood test results a little while ago, but have been...Well it's kinda hard for me to even wrap my head around the results. My whiteblood cell count was a little too low, and the doctor wants to send me to a specialist to do extensive tests. I've been stressing over it which might explain me not sleeping as much. I'm just not ready to deal with all of this.

You should definitely talk to your doctor about the white bloodcells. But some home remedies that I usually use, as i tend to struggle with insomnia now and then, is herbal tea, preferably camomile ,relaxing music, meditating when feeling stressed. Working out at night also helps me get really tired - but then again, that's just me.
I hope you'll find a solution to it soon Smiley Good luck, keep us updated!

I don't know if this will be helpful or not. But if you can manage to get to sleep but can't stay asleep all night you might want to consider sleeping a couple times for shorter periods. I ran across this article while on facebook today, and for the past several months my body has naturally adjusted to the "first and second sleep" that is mentioned in it without any foreknowledge of what's discussed here.

Exercising predictably during the day & going to bed earlier helped me a lot. I would lay down & read something that was less than stimulating after passing off my son to my bf to make him put him to bed and take the last dog walk. I also took a nice hot cup of tea or decaf coffee with me. Low lights and no tv. I was waking up extremely early the first several days (about 3 or 4 am) until my body adjusted but then I had to program my body to start getting ready at around 7pm. For a quick fix when I was at the height of my insomnia I took a product called Midnight from my local health food store. You can take it before bed or when/if you wake up in the middle of the night. Its all natural so you dont wake up groggy. It worked pretty well. Baths with essential oils are great too. Hope this helps
