Rain,...because I am cold-natured, and I also don't have ANY white camouflage[everything I have is black, brown, or any number of shades/combinations of greens.]to help me blend into a snowy environment at all.

It's the Dark Moon tomorrow... Any pagan plans?

Tomorrow evening, I am going to plant my crop of beans, so that they can germinate and grow as the the light of the Moon grows.

It's a country superstition of ours...all crops that bear up above the earth[like, say, Mustard Greens, watermelons or Tomatoes] are planted to grow as the Moon waxes, and all crops that bear below the earth are to be planted as the Moon wanes[like, say, Potatoes, Peanuts, or Radishes].

And of course! Why yes!! As some of you may know, my Patron is Hecate, and she likes the Dark Moon. So I plan on a regular ritual. But I have some spells I need casting also! Well, to me 6 years older isn't that much of a swing (I'm 35)... So if he was polite, chemistry was there, I might go out, or at least gain a friend. (this is an if I'm single situation)

I was talking to a catholic friend of mine today, telling her about my nightmares. She suggested that I pray to my brother. .. I talk to him, sometimes when I'm alone, but pray to him? Is there something I don't know about?..or is this her way of trying to give me comfort, do you think?(maybe a catholic thing?)

IMO, the word 'pray' means many different things to many people.  Praying is just a way to talk to your Gods, but could also be used to talk to any spirit, I would think.  My $.02
