What music are you listening to?

Me?  "On an island", by David Gilmour.   Beautiful song, I dedicate that one to YOU!

David Gilmour simply made Pink Floyd  Cool

Right now Im listening to Slave to the System

Lately I've just been playing rather than listening.  I got a new amp and some new guitar toys of late.   Id assume guitar for me is like painting for you.  I can always go there to get away from it all.......

Yes, I'd imagine so--right now I am doing the dance of anger, when I'm not painting pictures, seems I'm painting my nails, which I was doing inside my car, for some strange reason, and I dropped the bottle of nail polish all over my favorite jeans and sweater.  Sweet.

Right now, im listening to Bob Marley, "Don't worry bout a thing"  this is my message to you-oo--oo

Amber by 311
Brainstorm
take me away from the norm
I got to tell you something
this phenomenon
I had to put it in a song
and it goes like

Whoa, amber is the color of your energy
whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally
you ought to know what brings me here
you glide through my head blind to fear
and I know why
whoa, amber is the color of your energy
whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally

Whoa, amber is the color of your energy
whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally

You live too far away
your voice rings like a bell anyway
don't give up your independence
unless it feels so right
nothing good comes easily
sometimes you gotta fight

Whoa, amber is the color of your energy
whoa, shades of gold displayed naturally
launched a thousand ships in my heart, so easy
still it's fine from afar, and you know that
whoa, brainstorm take me away from the norm
whoa, I got to tell you something

Sounds like exactly what I'm doin  Tongue

I got a new Keyboard amp to run my new PODXTLive through, it sounds so sweet compared to running the POD thru a guitar amp front end.   Yeah its a blast with all the combos, stomp effects, mods, tones blah blah blah, pretty near endless, I can't seem to put it down.   Can't beat a tube recti or JCM but whoah, IMO its the best stomp processor on the market.   Running Cubase or the like, its super easy to lay down tracks and record on the PC, makes me ====> Cheesy

Now I just have to talk my wife into letting me spend more $ get the Metalshop pack for it.   My son is wanting those triple rec amps that line6 demands more $ for.  Capitalists lol.

And I want a new bass too:P

hmm I want a lot of things Angry

Long live music  Grin

Go ESP and Gibson!

N my house is a mess!  I stopped to clean it up a bit and I saw your post Beamer.  So now you remind me and Im tossing the cleaning idea and playing some more.  Heh.  No rest for the wicked.
