Regarding KARMA - pls read

Another question though... say we forgot what time we bless or curse the day before... will we be notified if it isn't Counted (as it's less than 24 hrs)?

One small thing: Is there any way of increasing the string length for the explanations? I'm not used to writing in Telegraph shorthand. 

Apart from that: I'm also curious why there is an option to view my Karma-changers which leads only to a page saying that I'm not allowed to do this...

I like the system, and like that it is on the honor system. I would make one minor amendment,
One Bless and One Curse in a 24 hr period, but to me it is a minor thing and can live with it just the way it is.

Yes Shadow, thats the point of the honor system however.  Hopefully users dont feel the need to post K every 24 hours, 1 minute apart.

If K is given within a 24 hour period, the staff will remove it and notify the sender.  We wont issue warnings unless its repeatedly abused.

We don't differentiate between K+ and K-, we allow users to give K once, in a 24 hour period.

Regarding the karma giving and taking away.  I wasn't here two weeks before someone took karma from me and I hadn't even had karma yet.Of course you don't need to tell me who did it it's not a hard thing to have to guess at. since by our actions we make or break karma every day and from past lives I have to be honest that I do not think it's in the best interest for someone to give or take karma to someone they don't even know. It's hard enough for some people to get up the courage to even try to put their input in without having to worry about someone giving or taking away karma because that other person agrees or disagrees.  We are not suppose to be judgemental here and I think it's up to us to live with our own karma. Personally I think it gives a person god qualiities which we are not at this time. I frankly think we should make it harder or do away with it. We are all suppose to be teachers and students here helping and enlightening others not criticising how we  start sentences or what we believe in.  We are suppose I thought to stand together and help each other out.  I myself am not threatened by this childish giving or taking away of karma as only I have a control in that, but there are some people who might be frightened of the way It's done.  We do not have the right to decide who gives it or takes  it.

What  gives mere mortals the right to give and take karma from one another. It seems to me that those who have the power to give and take  Karma from one another abuse this power just because they don't like what is said or someone is in disagreement with them.
 I think that the moderators should be the ones to give and take . After only being here only a couple of days I'm beginning to see cliques that's just me I know in reality that only the  Lord and Lady will decide what my Karma will be for me

Which is exactly why we did change it in the RULES that if you abuse Karma then you will be banned and we do monitor every ounce of Karma given and Taken and why.
