Hello all,

   I have just upgraded the forum  victory and installed a few customized modifications for us all.   I don't have a detailed outline of all the changes, there are many, but here are a few major ones:

*INCREASED FORUM SECURITY -  Your data and user information is extremely secure.  Many vulnerabilities have been addressed and corrected in this revision.

*ULTIMATE PROFILE - Your profile now has the option of enabling "Ultimate Profile", which is entirely optional.  Ultimate profile brings the ability for users to upload pictures and albums to the forum, leave or view comments on those pictures, leave or view comments to anothers profile, hobbies and about me fields, and customizable fields and profile.  Even CSS and HTML are customizable for your profile.  Check your forum profile!

*MEMBER AWARDS - We now have the ability to give users awards.   Awards will be given for users that help the most, or for users honored by the mod team in various ways (occasion, sincerity, empathy, lunacy lol etc).   If a user receives an award or awards, they will be shown below that user's avatar.

*BETTER RSS viewing -  Those that use RSS services to view the forum will be pleased to see our improved RSS capability.

*BETTER CROSS BROWSER COMPATIBILITY - The forum should no longer have problems with browser support.

*SMILIES ADDED  whoo - Those of you that have been hammering me for years for these (lol) will now enoy our new smileys the most!   Over 120 smilies added for your posting pleasure.  This affects the forum only, no added smilies are planned for the chat room at this time.  (I.E. Leave chat for five minutes and go post in the forum!)


   Bugs are anticipated.  If you see anything odd or out of the ordinary, please send me a PM letting me know so I can address it.

I'm currently working on the buddy list issue, it doesnt appear that you are able to add a buddy, if they were previously a buddy prior to the upgrade.

This may require a complete reset of everyone's buddy list.
